1. General
- These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by iCase (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to customers (“you”, “your”).
- By accessing or using our website (icasebd.shop), placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website or social media are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but the prices displayed at the time of order placement are final.
- Orders placed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we are unable to fulfill it or if inaccurate information was provided.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Bangladesh.
- Customers do not need to pay during order placement. Payment is only required upon receiving the product.
- You must pay in full at the time of delivery to complete the purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- For deliveries within Dhaka city, we offer 24-hour delivery from the time your order is confirmed.
- For deliveries outside Dhaka city, we offer 48-hour delivery across Bangladesh.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, strikes).
- In case of any delivery delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
5. Inspection & Acceptance
- Upon receiving the delivery, you are required to inspect the product for any damages or discrepancies.
- We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the package to provide proof in case of any issues.
- If the product received is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at hello@icase.com.bd with the video evidence.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product does not match the order (e.g., wrong model, wrong design).
- A video of the unboxing is mandatory for return/exchange claims.
- Products that are not damaged or incorrect are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@icase.com.bd within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
7. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used or as store credit, depending on the situation.
- Refunds are only applicable if a product is damaged or incorrect, as per our return policy.
8. Privacy Policy
- We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data collected during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

- In the event of any dispute or claim, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
