Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery on all orders within Bangladesh.
- Inside Dhaka City: We deliver within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka City (All over Bangladesh): We deliver within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Free Delivery:
- We are happy to offer free delivery for all orders, both inside and outside Dhaka. There are no additional delivery charges for our customers.
Cash on Delivery:
We provide full cash on delivery (COD) services. Customers can check the product upon delivery before making any payments. Payment is collected after successful delivery and inspection of the product.

Return Policy
At iCaseBD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, we offer easy return options:
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted if the product delivered does not match the product ordered or if the product is damaged upon delivery.
- No returns will be accepted for reasons other than incorrect or damaged products.
Video Evidence:
- To qualify for a return, please record a video while opening the package. This video serves as proof in case the product is incorrect or damaged.
Return Process:
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@icase.com.bd or via WhatsApp at +8801795-313511 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Once your claim is verified through the video evidence, we will assist you in returning the product. After the return is processed and verified, you can choose between a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or opened without video evidence are not eligible for return.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned product is inspected. Refunds can be issued as bank transfer, bKash, Nogod or store credit for future purchases.
